O PATRÃO DO EMPREGADO

Testiculino trabalha como único empregado numa estamparia, onde exerce múltiplas funções e é, com isso, explorado impiedosamente pelo seu patrão, Paulino. Numa manhã qualquer, assim que Paulino chega à empresa, descobre que um lote de camisetas fora estampado com a data do evento errada. Mais do que o objetivo de jogar a culpa pelo seu erro no empregado, o patrão encontra formas de humilhá-lo, até conseguir obrigar Testiculino a consertar o erro, refazendo a estampa das camisetas no final de semana. Escancara-se, assim, a relação de exploração entre patrão e empregado.

 

THE BOSS OF THE EMPLOYEE

Testiculino works as the only employee in a press shop, where he do multiple functions and is, with that, exploited ruthlessly by his boss, Paulino. In one morning, as soon as Paulino arrives at the company, he discovers that a lot of T-shirts have been stamped with the wrong date of an event. More than just blaming his employee for his own mistake, the boss finds ways to humiliate him, until force Testiculino to mend his mistake by redoing the T-shirt’s printing over the weekend. This way, the relationship of exploitation between employer and employee is uncovered.
